Pasta scores a ton of goals but he is carried by Marchand on that line. Eichel is just 1 overall lower cause he is weaker defensively. I'm not a leafs fan but Matthews is great both offensively and defensively, he has great hands and a great shot. He has a lethal shot but right now he needs to improve everywhere else. Laine is perfect at an 85 because he improved his defensive game but it is still below average. Karlsson is becoming underrated because of his contract he still is really good but his contract makes people think he is really bad.
He is phenomenal defensively and really good offensively. Spurgeon year in and out is consistently at least a Top-8 D-Man in the league. I said as a disclaimer I use advanced stats. *I WILL ADD UPCOMING DRAFT PLAYERS, I just need to wait to see how long I need to make overalls for future drafts before I add them. *Also some players like Price is rated lower than most but his Poise should be really high, Crawford is rated highly but turn his durability down really low for example. This should not make them turn way too good players. *I do not care about age, so I give no favor to veterans and I give fair overalls to younger players so they are really good the first couple years. *This is heavily based off advanced-stats this is why you will see some surprising overalls but generally it is just the defensive stats that are jacked-up. *I will try and edit this doc every day especially right now with all the trades and signings. All the ratings and potentials are custom based mostly on advanced stats.
